The Ideal Morning Routine

The most productive time of the day is the few early hours in the morning. If these few hours are utilized properly the whole day will become effective and efficient. Unfortunately, most of the youth spend these important hours sleeping, watching TV, playing video games, on cell phones, or social media. These activities set a bad start to the day. A good morning routine is inevitable for success in any field of life. Almost all successful people have a productive morning routine. So, are you ready to start a journey towards your dreams? Here is an ideal routine for the morning 1. Wake Up Early (5:00) At night go to bed early which will help to get up early in the morning. Take a sleep of at least 5 to 6 hours daily at night.
